Our new chef Julien Allano prepares and designs his menus guided by his insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for natural produce and in particular the will to promote products from our regional organic farming.
" I like to incite emotions in my guests and bring back the pleasure of eating quality produce ".
To put his theory into practice, Julien Allano has created an inventive menu which changes every day according to his fancies and the seasonal availability of fresh local produce.
" It is an attractive challenge which is going to oblige us to work even closer with our suppliers, and to be permanently in search of new ideas to satisfy and surprise our guests ".

Graduated from catering college in Villefranche-de-Rouergue,  Julien Allano began his career in 2001 at the restaurant Seneschal (1 Michelin star) supervised by Michel Truchon. In 2003, he entered the Mirande restaurant in Avignon as a station chef, then promoted head chef in 2007 and maintained the restaurant’s Michelin Star making him, at 25 years of age, one of the youngest chefs running an establishment rewarded by the guide Michelin. Today, aged 28, he has takes the direction of the Hotel La Réserve's Restaurant in Talence for the biggest pleasure of our guests.

The restaurant menus range from 39€ to 79€, and our sommelier, William, is on hande to help you select the perfect accompanying wine from our excellent wine list.
 
For lunch during the week we have a

  23€ menu served in under an hour :

 Starter + Main + Coffee Gourmand +
a glass of wine.
