At the Hotel La Réserve au Château Raba we are keen to submerge you into the Bordeaux wine culture and wine tourism. Our Hotel is situated in the famous Graves appellation, within this wine domain is a smaller appellation called 
Pessac-Leognan which is on the door step of the hotel. Pessac Leognan regroups some of world’s most renowned chateaux such as Château Haut-Brion, Château Pape Clément, Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Château Couhins-Lurton, Château de Fieuzal, Château Latour Martillac and Château Carbonnieux
These Bordeaux chateaux welcome you in to discover their trade and the art of wine making though a guided tour of the vineyards and the wine cellars followed by a wine tasting. The Hotel’s staff are at your disposition to help you organise a chateau visit.
Just 10 minutes from Bordeaux centre, the hotel La Réserve au Château

30 minutes drive from the hotel is « la Winery ». Situated in the Medoc wine appellation in 26 hectares of parkland La Winery is a fabulous and unique environment dedicated to wine and contemporary art. Their approach to the world of wine is fun, modern accessible to all. They propose different activities and wine tastings to initiate or develop your palette.

”. 
From the exit 7 off the ring road in the direction of Pauillac, along the D2 road you can admire the pristine Medoc country side, rolling hills of imma
culate vineyards and impressive chateaux. On route the world famous appellation and chateaux emerge one after the other : Margaux, Saint-Julien, Pauillac, Saint-Estèphe, Médoc, Haut-Médoc ou encore Listrac et Moulis...

On site, at the hotel and restaurant La Réserve au Château Raba we organise wine tasting and initiations to wine tasting in the hotel’s restaurant or on the terraces if the weather permits. William Beugin, the sommelier, will be delighted to share his knowledge and knowhow in wines and their subtle accords with food.
William Beugin is also available for groups sessions designed to surprise and delight novices and already amateur wine enthusiasts alike.
